At FoneFunShop Ltd. we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return any goods purchased, then please follow the applicable policy detailed below.

 

Unwanted Goods - within 14 Days

You (the buyer) pay for return shipping fees.

You should inform FoneFunShop Ltd. in writing, within 14 days of receiving your item(s) either by post or by using the contact form of any return request.

You can return unwanted items within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the items. In addition to the refund on your items; if your return request is received within 14 days of delivery, and items received within the following 14 days, then we will refund the cheapest, standard delivery option to you, unless there is another item on your order. Outside of 14 days from receipt, refunds for non-faulty returned items will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of delivering the items to us.

If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or issue a partial refund with a deduction because the item is not fit for resale.  You should only handle the item as if you were in a high street store viewing the item as you normally would. it should not be opened or used.

Orders containing personalised items or to the buyers specification cannot be cancelled , this includes unlock codes and iPhone unlocks. whereby the buyers IMEI number is considered unique to the order and has no resale value. 
Unlock codes and iPhone unlock services are based on the unique imei number of the customers phone, and are considered as a "made to a consumers specification" order.
These orders cannot be cancelled as they have no resale value.  For example, an unlock code for john's phone would not work on jane's phone, because the 2 phones have different imei numbers. the code would simply fail on all other phones except johns.  We have to order and pay for these codes from our suppliers for the customer once they place their orders online and supply their unique imei number, the codes are no good for anyone else so they cannot be resold to a different customer.

Faulty Goods - within 30 Days

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days from receipt, in which to inform us of the fault in order to claim a full refund or exchange or repair exchange, (please note that for our business customers, different terms of sale apply), after 30 days your return will be processed under the terms of the Manufacturers’ Warranty (See below).

Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will conduct a repair, or issue a replacement, or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if our technicians find a returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you ( In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued – i.e. memory card reading faults, item not powering up etc.). In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Goods outside 30 calendar days shall be issued with a replacement or repair only depending on the warranty length of the product.

If a refund is required, Refunds for faulty goods will be issued back to the original payment method.

If your order was only for one item and this item has been returned then the refund cost you paid to receive this order will also be refunded.

If your order contained multiple items and you are not returning all of them, then the cost of shipping your order to you will not be refunded.

Any returns should be marked as "Returned Faulty Item" on the parcel or jiffy bag etc.

Replacements & Refunds

Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Warranty

Where a product develops a fault, a repair or replacement will be offered, as long as the item is within its manufacture warranty timescale.

Where a product develops a fault outside its manufacture warranty timescale, we will try to help by offering a chargeable repair if possible, or if not possible you would need to purchase the replacement item at the current value.

his is a guide for the setting up of a new MFC Dongle which is used to read / crack the passwords on iPhones.

Preparation

Make a folder on your desktop and call it mfc-dongle
It may be a good idea to disable your antivirus too, or at least exclude this folder in your antivirus, as these files are themidia protected and your av may try to delete or quarantine them.

Downloading and installing drivers.
1. Download and unzip MicrosoftRedistributables.zip to the mfc-dongle folder you made
go in the MicrosoftRedistributables folder and install vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe

2. Download and unzip DongleDrivers.zip to the mfc-dongle folder you made
go in the DongleDrivers foldr and run the InstallDriver.exe

To install the dongle update driver you need to connect MFC dongle to computer in BOOT MODE.
Use the red cable to bridge the 2 points together P0 and GND (see images below) and once done, connect the dongle to your PC
Once drivers are installed you can now disconnect the dongle

Downloading Server Client and getting latest software.
Download MFCDL_2.0.exe from www.fonefunmembers.co.uk to the mfc-dongle folder you made
Run MFCDL_2.0 and press the start button
Select the appropriate update and press next, This will then download the software to the mfc-dongle folder

Running Software, Reading Serial For Registration
Connect mfc dongle to PC
Run MFC_1.0.8.exe (or higher / newer) you just downloaded
Select any update from the drop down box and tick update, this will read your serial and program your dongle Serial number. this will also program your dongle and now its ready to use.

Registration
Go to www.mfcbox.com and register
once registered, login and go to activate memberships
enter your serial number you read earlier then activate your membership

About the testpoint
This solution should be working for iPhone 4S / iPod Touch 5 / iPad Air / iPad mini Retina ( iPad mini2 ) / iPad 4 / iPad Mini / iPad 3/ iPad2 .
As we can see , i only list TP for iPhone 6 / 6 Plus and iPhone 5 5c 5s at here, So please help us, if you can do something for this.
(To help us, you will be coming our Beta version tester)

How to find the TP ?
A. Power on your Device
B. Using multimeter + - , Touch one of the multimeter - probes (Black color) to Phone GND. Using + probes (Red Color) to touch the Home Button flex cable connectors pins or home button rearface welding spot. Once you saw the Device Screen start to Changing or Device Voice Control actived. Congratulations ! Thats the Test Ponit we need to use.

About iOS 8.0-8.1 Auto V5 & V5 TEST
Testing & Demo Only ! (Learning mode)
This testing will NOT try to INPUT code to Device. It will works in the same way as the iOS 8.0-8.1 Auto V5, so you can check all the connection if connected ok, which will reboot the device and display the xxxxRUN code Message etc, each reboot that should be increasing, which means working procedure working perfectly and connection is good. then you can reprogramming the Dongle Using iOS 8.0-8.1 Auto V5 to unlock your Device

V5 Auto Mode has a new radical way to unlock your phone code using HOME button automation. This update does not require any delay setting. Only programing the first code is enough.While unlocking the phone POWER button must always pressed.

How to use:
- DO NOT DISCONNECT THE BATTERY OF THE PHONE, this way the phone will never loose the correct time. Wait for phone to exit phone disabled mode (if allready in Phone disabled XX minutes you need to wait until the phone gets out of this mode, then restart the phone manually first )
- Power on the phone normally
- Permanently press the POWER button using a custom tool
- Connect 3 in 1 charging cable to phone and to iPower adaptor.
- Connect the HOME button wires accorting to the specifications in our support section.
- Connect micro usb to iPower adaptor
- Connect MFC Dongle to iPower adaptor and the unlock will start
During unlock some messages are displayed to the user if the phone is not in iCloud lock mode.
The messages start with the current code (XXXX) as following :
XXXX RUN - MFC is running normally
XXXX TRY - An communication error (usually when the phone battery is very low) has been detected.
MFC will reTRY
XXXX COM - MFC is connected in COMputer mode and will not try to send codes
XXXX STA - MFC will start the unlocking procedure. This is the STArt
XXXX CHE - MFC is CHEcking connections, this is dispalyed only the first time when you connect MFC
to phone.
XXXX OK! - Code has been found. You can try to reconnect MFC and see if the code found is really the correct one or has been detected because of a sensor communication error.
Important Note!
Never try to input the code by hand if you want to try some unsure code to test if can unlock the Device, The way you can write the start value by reprogramming the Dongle and do it.because if the code is wrong your Device might get disabled.

How to use:
Download Repair tools at support page at here
Open the tools and Put your dongle in boot mode
BOOT MODE you need to connect P0 and GND(P zero) pin together (see images below) using the RED cable we provided in the pack.
Input your dongle to computer USB port.
Input the correct sticker serial number from the package
Follow the step disconnect and reconnect the dongle to repair
