How do I use this service?
After making your order and payment, you will receive a payment receipt by email, print this out.
Write your return Name, Address, Telephone Number and email address on a piece of paper and iclude it in the package.
Wrap your watch in bubble wrap or similar, and Place wrapped watch in a jiffy bag, along with your receipt.
Send your watch to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your watch is delivered to us safely.

Once we receive your watch, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job.
Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your watch to you via DPD. We will also email you your tracking number too.
Note: This service will not remove an icloud lock (device asking for Apple ID and password). We do not remove iCloud locks from any apple device including Apple Watch, so please do not ask us.
