This is how to tell which service you need?

Full Unit (Digitizer / LCD) - If you can't see the image, picture or you see ink marks, blobs on the screen and the top digitizer glass is cracked

LCD - If you can't see the image, picture or there is ink marks, blobs on the picture but the top digitizer glass isn't cracked

Digitizer - If you can see the picture with no ink marks, blobs on the display but the top digitizer glass is cracked

Note [Full Unit]: Some Samsung Tablet Screens come as a bonded 'Full Unit' which contains the "outer glass" Digitizer and the "inner" LCD Display bonded as one part

How much does it cost?

The cost to repair the Screen on your Samsung Tablet is above, Select your model to get your price. This price includes the part and fitting. Please Note: there will be an extra small delivery charge to send it back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. VAT will be calculated at checkout.

Be sure to select Royal Mail Special Delivery method when you checkout, as this method guarantees next working day return delivery of your Tablet once repaired and is insured too.

How long does it take?

Our turn around time for Repairing is QUICK !!!

Most jobs are completed with 1-3 working days depending on screen stock availability for your model.

How long is the warranty?

We offer a 6 month warranty on our screen repair service, this warranty covers manufacturing faults, it will not cover any sign of wear or physical damage.  Please remember, these screens are made of glass, so if you drop your Tablet and break your screen again, the warranty will not cover this.

How do I use the mail-in service?

• Complete your purchase online as normal, you will receive an invoice via email, print this out. (if you dont have a printer, write your name, address and invoice number on a piece of paper instead)
• Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
• If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your Tablet off.
• Wrap your Tablet in bubble wrap or similar, and place wrapped Tablet in a jiffy bag, along with your invoice. (if you do not have a printer please include a note with your invoice number, name and address).
• Send your Tablet to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your Tablet is delivered to us safely. (you pay the postage to send it to us)

• Once we receive your Tablet, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Pro Maxgress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job. 
• Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your Tablet to you via royal mail special delivery.  We will also email you your tracking number too.

Walk-in Repair Service
Our store is in Sheffield, maybe you would prefer to pop into the shop and get the job done. Most Tablets can be repaired same day and cost is normally cheaper as there are no postal costs. Our address and opening times are here

What if my Tablet cannot be repaired?

We have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of repairing mobile Tablets.

Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the Tablet may be damaged beyond repair.

If this is the case and we cannot repair the Tablet, we will return your Tablet to you and refund your payment minus return shipping costs.

If the Tablet can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.
