Staff clock-in / Home care agencies
Staff clock-in for home care agencies.
Keeping track of care staff hours across different places takes up a lot of the office. This is a simple way to record them: scan a code, pick a name, put in a PIN.
No card. Nothing to install. All you do is print the code.

Where it fits
Your office or a shared base
It suits staff who start from your office or a regular site, with a code printed for each place they clock in.
Hours ready for payroll
A weekly timesheet for each person, and a spreadsheet you can download per person or shift by shift. Overtime has its own column.
Nothing to install
Staff use their own phone with no app to download, and you sign in on a phone or computer to see who is in.
How it works
Print the code
One QR code for each door or site. That is the only thing you pay for yourself.
Staff scan in
On their own phone: clock in, breaks, clock out. They pick their name and put in a PIN.
You see it all
Who is in, who is on a break, who has gone. Weekly timesheets and a payroll spreadsheet.

Questions
Is this an electronic visit verification (EVV) system?
No. If your funder or state requires EVV, you need a system approved for that. This records staff hours for your own timesheets and payroll, and it does not track location.
Should I put a code in a client's home?
Only if the client and your agency are happy with that. It is a piece of paper with a link on it, and it is your call where it goes.
Does it hold any client or care records?
No. It holds staff names and their clock-in times, not client or care information.
