Get your evenings back from the paperwork
We give established small firms a modern website, Microsoft 365 set up properly and the office admin running itself. One monthly fee, one person to ring.
- Invoices out the same day and chased for you
- Paperwork pulled from your inbox and filed every night
- A website that works on a phone and brings in enquiries
- Email and Microsoft 365 that just works, for everyone

Sound familiar?
Most of the firms we talk to have been trading for years and are good at what they do. The office side just grew up around a few spreadsheets and one person's memory.
- Invoices get typed up on a Sunday nightAnd then someone has to ring round to chase the late ones.
- The website was built years agoIt doesn't fit a phone, the date at the bottom is old, and the browser says "Not secure".
- Paperwork lives in an inbox and a carrier bagYear end means a weekend of digging out receipts for the accountant.
- One spreadsheet runs the businessOnly one person understands it, and everyone is scared to touch it.
- Email is a muddleShared passwords, a free address on the van, and nobody sure who has access to what.
- Customers can only book by ringingSo you are on the phone all day, and the ones who ring after five go elsewhere.
None of that needs a bigger office. It needs the computer to do the boring bits.
What changes
We build around how you already work, so nobody has to learn a big new system. The difference is in the hours you stop spending.
A family haulage firm, sorted
A long-established family haulier came to us with the usual story: a dated website, email that had grown up by accident, and invoicing done by hand from a spreadsheet. Here is what we did.
We never name our clients without their say-so. On the call I can show you the system itself.
- A new websiteModern, quick, and built to look right on the phone a customer has in their hand.
- Email moved onto Microsoft 365Proper mailboxes on their own domain, set up and looked after.
- Invoicing that runs itselfThe spreadsheet was replaced by a system that raises, sends and files every invoice on its own.
- One person to ringChanges and support are part of the monthly fee.

See the kind of thing we build
These are our own demo sites with made-up names, so you can click around them without bothering anyone. Yours would be built in your name and your brand.

Built for your trade
Every business has its own paperwork. A few examples of what we set up.
Hauliers and transport
Delivery notes and PODs filed automatically, invoices raised from the job sheets the same day, and driver and vehicle paperwork tracked so nothing lapses.
Estate and letting agents
Viewing requests booked and confirmed, repairs passed to the right contractor, and gas safety and EPC renewals flagged before they lapse.
Solicitors, accountants and surveyors
New-client forms filled in online before the first meeting, documents filed against the right matter, and fee invoices chased.
Builders, electricians and engineers
Job sheets and certificates done on a phone, quotes tracked from enquiry to order, and invoices out the day the job is finished.
Restaurants and takeaways
Online ordering on your own website, so you keep the customer and the margin instead of paying a delivery app for every order.
Salons, nail bars and barbers
Online booking with automatic reminders, a diary the whole team can see, and fewer no-shows.
Shops and warehouses
A ready-made till and stock system: stock in and out, orders and sales in one place. Off the shelf, so you can be up and running quickly.
Any business on social media
A social poster that puts your offers and news out across your pages on a schedule, so it happens even in a busy week.
How it works
We are fully online, so it doesn't matter where in the UK you are.
Tell me what you need
Tick what would help and tell me what eats your week. It takes about a minute, and you can message me here any time.
A short written plan
Within one working day: what I'd do for you and what it would cost each month, in plain English.
A 10-minute call, if you want one
Only when you want to go ahead, to agree the details. Then I build it and you see it working before you pay anything.
Questions people ask
Will we have to change how we work?
No. We build around what you already do and automate the boring parts of it. If your team can use email and a phone, they can use what we build.
What does it cost?
One monthly fee, agreed up front before anything is built, and it depends on what you need. With your written plan you get a clear price, with no surprise bills.
We already have a website and email. Can you take them over?
Yes. We can move your website and email across, tidy them up and look after them, or start fresh if that is the better option. We will tell you which.
Do you need to come out to us?
No. Everything is done online, by video call and remote help, which is how we look after firms right across the UK.
What if something stops working?
You ring or email the person who built it. Support, backups and security updates are part of the monthly fee.
Who owns the website and our data?
You do. It is your business information, and if you ever decide to move on we hand it over.
Tell me the job you hate
About a minute to tell me. I'll come back with a short written plan, and if it isn't worth automating I'll say so.
